I carved out a little time tonight to try out a recipe I've been saving. Did a little deep breathing and made Brown Sugar-Banana Coffee Cakes. I was very happy when they made it out of the pan in one piece. I'm all out of muffin liners so I went old-school and butter/floured the tin. Apparently that works!
